Randy has been part of Ultimate Defense since the opening; previously he spent 30 years in the Fire Service retiring in 2014 with the ranking of Chief Officer. He is a Level III Certified Instructor with the Missouri Division of Fire Safety, State Fire Marshals Office and instructs for the University of Missouri Fire Training Institute Program. Randy has extensive background in Emergency Disaster Response. He continues to works for Department of Homeland Security for 19 years under FEMA on a Urban Search & Rescue Team, Missouri Task Force 1 as a Task Force Leader and a Federal Incident Support Team Member (IST) as a Safety Officer and Field Observer.
