Ultimate Defense started from very humble beginnings on October 11, 2003. The very first course was a Concealed Carry Course with 34 attendees. The course was conducted in a small hotel banquet center and a farmer’s field was our first firing range. Since that first course, Paul and his staff have instructed thousands of clients, and Ultimate Defense has grown exponentially to become the largest concealed carry training provider in the Midwest. 

With the introduction of these new courses, the demand for firearms training grew so rapidly that the original outdoor range facility used for MCCT training was no longer adequate to support the business. In 2008, Paul began researching indoor firing ranges. In 2009, Paul created a business plan, solicited help from capital partners who were instrumental in building what became Ultimate Defense Firing Range & Training Center in 2010.

Ultimate Defense Firing Range & Training Center features a state-of-the-art indoor firing range, a full line retail operation, a dedicated shoot house training center and a dedicated classroom facility.
